If you have any problems, or are not happy with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am happy to work with you toward a mutual agreement.

 PLEASE NOTE:

• I ask that you return any items to me packed and insured the same way you received it.

• Refunds will be made using the same method of payment, minus the shipping costs.

• I will take full responsibility for shipping only if the item is defective in any way.

Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
